INDIGO Education Restrictive Procedures Overview & Positive Behavioral Supports Training 

This annual training presentation from INDIGO Education covers the Minnesota statutory requirements (Minn. Stat. §§ 125A.094, 125A.0941, and 125A.0942) governing the use of restrictive procedures for students with disabilities. Minnesota Statutes 125A.0941 and 125A.0942 require schools that intend to use restrictive procedures to make their restrictive procedures plan for children with disabilities public.
